Our challenge was to raise awareness and create a recruitment pool of of clinical research professionals for specific roles, developing a campaign for i3 Pharma Resourcing as well as the wider i3 group of companies. The campaign ran in specialist press, exhibitions, digital and e-marketing programmes.

 

Result: The full campaign has yielded over 3000 new employees for i3 in a highly competitive, specialist market place suffering a substantial talent deficit.

 

Result: Employee retention up 18% a year and cost of acquisition down by 15%
